Contrary to popular belief a REALTOR® cannot make a good estimate of a home's value unless they have had a chance to take a look inside. That's why meeting with you in your home is so important. Before we can truly assess the value of your home we have to know what your home looks like, what improvements you have made, and how it compares to other homes in the neighborhood. And to fully and accurately assess the value of your home we'll need to have a chance to meet with you face to face.

**** I strongly caution you when working with a REALTOR® who gives you an estimate over the phone. If they have not taken the time to view your property and go over it in detail with you, then your home is obviously not as important to them as it is to you. ****
